First let me say how completely impressed I am with
not only your company and quality of your merchandise
but you personally. Your customer relations, knowledge
of your product and willingness to help others is
outstanding.
As you know I was having problems selling my jeans on
ebay. The Ebay TOS & Safety and Trust Department is in
the process of cleaning out and checking up on all the
sellers, trying to prevent the ramped sale of
counterfeit jeans.
I was one of the first to have ALL my listings pulled
and called to Provide the documentation on each and
every item I wished to list. I sent in what little paper
work I had, It wasn’t enough.
Most distributors are known and understandable so for
not giving out their paperwork for just this reason; to
prevent others from selling knockoffs using valid
invoices, bill of sales and certificates of authenticity
provided by their legitimate distributors., then having
it traced back to them.
You Sir, were the only one to stand up and take the
time to provide the documentation to ebay. I heard back
from the TOS & Safety and Trust department that very
next day. Each and everyone of my Denim listing where I
had purchased the item from you was Re-listed and I was
given an apology.
I was told you acted as my advocate and faxed in over
69 pages of documents. Bravo to you Mr. ********, To do
this for a small dealer like myself. If you have a place
to post this letter so that others may see to what
extent you will go to help your customers, you have my
permission to do so. I will NEVER buy from another
distributor again, I thank you again for spending the
hours it must have taken to assemble and fax all that
paper work to ebay and represent me.
