How long does it take for box lot orders to process & ship: All orders are processed in the order received. Orders are usually shipped the same day.  Processing can take up to 5-10 business days on special or out of stock items. Items that require processing time will state "one week out" in their listing. This equates to 15 business days for processing. After processing time you then have UPS shipping time which can take up to 7-10 days.  When ordering from us you are agreeing to these shipping terms. If these shipping terms are not acceptable to you or you are impatient, please do not order.  All tracking numbers are sent out to all customers in the order processed and sometimes take longer than usual. NOTE: we are not open weekends and holidays.  

Are your Name Brands Authentic? With all the illegal goods available online these days this is one of the biggest questions we are asked. Denim411 has contracts with various department store liquidation channels enabling us to buy direct.  We buy Direct From Department Stores and or Distributors and therefore have no authenticity issues. If we tell you its Authentic, its Authentic and we stand behind it 100%. Important Note regarding items purchased / sold with paperwork: We do not and will not be sending you, the customer the paperwork because we do not want our paperwork floating about getting in to the wrong hands. If you are an eBayer and have an issue that requires you to produce the paperwork to eBay, we will gladly speak with eBay on your behalf as well as provide them with paperwork. 
Please note:  If you are an Ebay seller it is advised that you only by high end goods that come with paperwork from brand owners. We guarantee the authenticity of all of our items but do NOT guarantee that your auctions will not get shut down and will not be held responsible for such actions but will provide the required paperwork to eBay on your behalf.

Mixed Lots: Mixed lot are just that, MIXED. When we order in a lot of a particular item we usually receive a variety of colors, sizes, brands, etc. depending on what type of product we take in. We then sort these in to smaller lots trying to create a mix, we may run out of particular sizes, colors, brands, etc. Even if we run out of a particular color, etc, we still continue to box up the remaining items with the mix that is left. A mix does not guarantee that you will get a certain percentage of a particular color, size, brand, etc. You will still receive the amount of product paid for and your order will still be a mix but it may not contain every color, every size, or every brand, etc. That is after all why it is liquidated in the first place. When placing your order if you are under the assumption that you will receive every color, brand and or size listed, please do not order because this will not be the case unless the ad specifically states that you will. 205It is very important that you realize that you are buying liquidated products.

Do you accept Returns? NO, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, credits, cancellations or exchanges. We do sometimes bend the rules on our new or overstock items depending on the circumstances. 

• Authorized Returns: If express permission is given, a  credit or exchange will be given less all original freight charges and 20% restocking fee. All authorized returns are charged a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee and we do not give cash refunds. If express permission is given it must be within the 48 hour inspection period. After this point a return will not be authorized. Please do not contact us months down the road asking us to take back merchandise because this will not happen. Do not take it upon yourself to send a package back without express permission as it will be denied and you will be to extra shipping charges. If your item is authorized for return we will issue a UPS call tag. If a refund is requested due to our error we will issue a UPS call tag to have your order picked up at no charge to you. If we sell you an item with a guarantee, issuing a refund will not be an issue. We are strictly wholesale and our refund policy is strictly enforced so if you have any questions regarding our policies please contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.

• NON-Delivery / Refusal / Cancellation & Restocking Fee: If we are unable to deliver your merchandise or your order is cancelled while in route or in processing you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all original freight charges. Restocking fee is waived on orders cancelled within 24 hours. If your order was for a truckload or FOB point other than our New York facility, cancellation is not an option. 

• Order Fulfillment Refund: If we are unable to fulfill your order for what ever reason, you will be issued a full refund of your order amount. If you paid via credit card your card will be issued a credit. If paid by paypal you will receive a refund via paypal. If your order was paid via by Bank Wire, Personal Check, Cashiers Check,  Business Check or Money Order, you will be issued a Company Check via first class mail.
